The service

Cutlist Optimizer provides free, browser-based cutting calculators and optimizers. The tools are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy of nesting layouts, sheet counts, efficiency figures and fence corrections.

Your responsibility

Calculated layouts are planning aids, not fabrication instructions. You remain solely responsible for verifying dimensions, material suitability, blade setup and safety practices before cutting. Always double-check critical measurements against your own stock and machinery.

Acceptable use

The tools are free for personal and commercial use. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or resell access to it as your own product.

Intellectual property

The site's code and content are owned by their authors. Your cut lists, exports and generated layouts are entirely yours — they are produced on your device and we claim no rights over them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any damages, material waste, injury or loss arising from use of the tools or reliance on their output.

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
